books: Share and Share Alike

I’m all for supporting writers by buying books. But being a struggling writer has put me in an ironic predicament: I simply cannot afford to spend $15 on a new toy.

This is when a used bookstore is very handy. Unfortunately, Las Vegas is not a city that supports them. (If you know of any, PLEASE let me know.)  So, I’ve taken to borrowing books from my friends. It’s fun, free and very environmentally friendly. The only trouble is that you have to be diligent in returning those books to friends. I promise to be good!
